These aren’t typical workshops, but more like a regular group class at the gym, or a Peloton workout for musicians interested in non-classical styles, techinques, and improvisation!😀
Each GPS leader brings different repertoire and skills to work on, and each unit has a custom curriculum that progressively builds on the participant needs and interaction during Q&A sessions. We’ll all come out the other end with new skills, new inspiration, and new friends! We are the musicians we practice to be, and GPS makes it easier for you to get where you want to go!

Guided Practice Sessions are LIVE, via Zoom. Each session features 60 minutes of practicing, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. Have to miss a session? DON’T WORRY! All sessions are recorded and posted immediately after class for you to catch up. GPS is intended for Intermediate and Advanced players.
The membership fee for each individual unit is $120 (4 sessions), and you’ll get hours of guided practicing and support over a month, as well as access to the archived recordings for continued practice. You can also save money by signing up for the season bundle for $300 (SAVE $60!)
GPS DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP FUND
We are grateful to have partnered with the Sphinx Organization, and Juilliard’s Music Advancement Program to connect with young musicians of diverse racial backgrounds who can benefit from our GPS Diversity Scholarship Fund.
Our corporate sponsors include Ear Trumpet Labs, TheRealist, Finlay + Gage, D’Addario, and Carriage House Violins, who have all generously donated to the GPS Diversity Scholarship Fund. GPS is also matching all corporate donations, and we currently are supporting 8 full-scholarships for the 2021 Fall Season.
